The traditional model is well understood — tens or hundreds of hires before the first product ships, capital raised to fund payroll before revenue exists, and quality control managed through layers of management rather than through the product itself. Volume III sets that model against its 2026 counterpart: what each of the five businesses in this series would require to start today, using AI-native execution rather than headcount — the capital actually needed, the team size actually required, how product delivery and quality are maintained without the traditional operating structure, and where the two models produce genuinely different outcomes rather than the same outcome faster.

From there, the volume provides a working framework for launching each of the five business models under 2026 conditions — not a theoretical adaptation of the old approach, but a distinct operating model built for how these businesses can actually be started now.

Reading the framework is the first step. Applying it is the second, and Volume III is built to support both.
